Rajasthan Rural Olympic Games Registration, Online Form and Rules – In order to bring the sports talent present in rural areas to the state level, it was decided by the Government of Rajasthan to start the Rajasthan Rural Olympic Games 2022 for the citizens of its state. October 15, the last date to apply under this scheme was set, due to which the process of applying under it was stopped. Apart from this, all the citizens of the state who had applied under Gramin Olympic Rajasthan before October 15, now the same citizens could participate in these games. In the state of Rajasthan, this program was started on 29th August and in these programs about 30 lakh players will participate in different sports. Apart from this, any person from the state of Rajasthan, irrespective of age, can participate in these programs. Rural Olympic Games Rajasthan was being organized in the state from 29th August by the Rajasthan government to promote sports talent in the rural areas of the state and to show their talent to all the athletes located in the state. This scheme will be operated by the state government at the district and state, gram panchayat, block level. Apart from this, six types of sports will be organized through this scheme, this game is Kho Kho, Shooting Ball, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Tennis and Ball Cricket. Sadulpur MLA and President of Sports Council Krishna Poonia ji, who won gold medal in disc throw in Commonwealth Games 2010, has been given the responsibility of running these games by the Rajasthan government. 40 crore rupees have been approved by the Chief Minister of Rajasthan Shri Ashok Gehlot for the budget of Rajasthan Gramin Olympic Khel 2022, this budget will be given to the Education Department and Sports Department. The main feature of these games is that citizens of all ages can participate in these sports programs, whether they are 100 years old citizens or children studying in school, all of them can apply under this scheme and in these sports. Objective of Rural Olympic Games Rajasthan
The main objective of the Rural Olympic Games Rajasthan is to provide an opportunity to the talented athlete located in the rural areas of the state of Rajasthan to showcase their talent. It has been seen many times that talented athletes are unable to showcase their talents due to their economic status and age limit. Keeping this in mind, it has been decided by the Government of Rajasthan to start the Rajasthan Gramin Olympic Khel 2022 so that players of all ages from rural areas of Rajasthan state can present their sports talent. Apart from this, this scheme has also been started by the state government with this goal so that citizens of every age of the state, whether they are school children or 100 years old, everyone can participate in it. Through this, family sportsmanship will also be developed in the state because in these sports programs uncle, nephew, grandfather, grandson can simultaneously display their talent in the sports field.
Games to be organized under Rajasthan Rural Olympic Games
Six types of sports will be organized in these sports programs to be started by the Government of Rajasthan, this game is as follows:-
- Volleyball
- Tennis Ball Cricket
- Hockey
- Kabaddi
- Kho Kho (Girls Category)
- Shooting Volleyball (Boys Category)
Rural Olympic Games Rajasthan will be Organized at Four Levels
Rajasthan Rural Olympic Games 2022 will be organized in the state of Rajasthan in four levels, it is four level Block, District, Gram Panchayat, State level etc. Under this, the first games will be organized on the Gram Panchayat on 29th August, after that the block level games will be organized on 12th September, then the district level games will start from 22nd September for 4 days and finally on 10th October the state level games will be organized. Sports competitions will be started at level level. Apart from this, more than 30 lakh citizens have applied to participate in the Rajasthan Gramin Olympic Games 2022, in these applications, more than 10 lakh women’s applications and about 20 lakh male players applications. Apart from this, maximum 11 lakh players have applied for playing Kabaddi, this has been proved according to the applications.

Committees will be constituted at the gram panchayat and block level. Various committees have been constituted by the Rajasthan government for organizing sports at 352 block level and for 11 thousand 341 gram panchayats. The sarpanch will be the convener of the committee to be formed under the gram panchayats, on the contrary, the convener of the commentary formed at the block level will be the sub-divisional officer. Apart from this, a budget of Rs 10 crore 38 lakh has been earmarked for the gram panchayats and Rs 7 crore for the block level events for the food, transportation, other facilities of the players participating in these sports competitions by the Rajasthan government. All these programs have been organized by the Government of Rajasthan with the aim of promoting the talent available in the rural areas of the state.
Eligibility for Rajasthan Rural Olympic Games
The person applying under this should be a native of Rajasthan state. Only citizens living in rural areas of Rajasthan state can apply under this scheme. Under this scheme, from the children studying in schools to the elderly citizens of 100 years are eligible to apply.

25 Lakh Players Took Part in 6 Sports
It was the first time in Rajasthan when lakhs of people played the game in such numbers. According to the Sports Department, about 30 lakh players had registered in the Rajiv Gandhi Olympic Games. Out of this, about 25 lakh players participated. In this Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Tennisball Cricket, Volleyball, Hockey and Shooting Volleyball were played. Sports Minister Ashok Chandna said that cultural programs were also organized during the gram panchayat, block, district and state level games. In the events of these sports, information was also given about the welfare schemes of Rajasthan so that every person can be benefited.
